Our story begins with our visionary CEO, Corrie, who embarked on his sales journey at a young age. At just 12 years old, he took to the streets, knocking on doors to shovel snow and cut grass. This early experience taught him the value of hard work, perseverance, and the art of selling.
By the age of 19, Corrie had honed his skills to such an extent that he competed in door knocking competitions and emerged as one of the top salespeople in the country and later a territory manager who was specifically sent to low performing locations to turn them around. His exceptional talent and relentless drive caught the attention of one of Canada’s largest telecom clients, who recruited him to build a direct sales team from scratch.
Leading a team of over 200 sales representatives, Corrie’s leadership resulted in an astounding achievement, delivering over $100 million in total contract value for the telecom client in less than five years. This monumental success laid the foundation for the next chapter in Corrie’s entrepreneurial journey.
Together with his partner Kyle, Corrie seized the opportunity to start their own company by acquiring the franchise rights to sell Grant Cardone’s renowned sales training services in Canada. Operating initially from Corrie’s modest one-bedroom condo, the business quickly grew, with seven individuals huddled around plastic folding tables and chairs, fueled by ambition and a shared vision.
Within two years, YESA had outgrown its humble beginnings, moving into a custom-built 2500 sq/ft office space and employing a team of 25 talented individuals. However, their hunger to make an even greater impact in the telecom industry remained unquenched.
Determined to re-enter the telecom space, Corrie and Kyle secured a contract to provide direct sales services for a large telecom provider in Ontario. Through their exceptional partnership, YESA became a key ally of this telecom client, playing a pivotal role in their outbound sales efforts.
Today, YESA proudly stands as a trusted partner to major telecom companies, with our headquarters situated in Burlington, Ontario.
