YES Acquisitions Inc. is a Canadian company and the personal information you submit or provide to us through our Website is collected, stored and maintained in both Canada and the United States, regardless of the country from which you access our Website.

Your personal information is initially transferred and stored on secure servers provided by our third-party web host provider which operate its servers in the United States. Our web host provider ensures that all data is encrypted  both at rest and in transit, and is certified under ISO 27001:2013 and is compliant with SOC standards for information security.
