How much sales training will I get?
You’ll get more sales training here than most people get in four years of school. We use Grant Cardone University, mix in our own custom playbook, and back it all up with real-time mentorship. You won’t just learn how to sell—you’ll learn how to lead, earn, and win. The skills you pick up here stay with you for life.
Is this door to door sales?
Door-to-door is part of what we do—and we’re really good at it. It’s not the only channel (we also run events, telesales, and more), but it’s where people grow fastest. Direct sales is a proven launchpad—just ask Mark Cuban, Bill Gates, or Warren Buffet. If you’re coachable and hungry, it works—and the skills stick with you for life.
Where will I work?
We’ve got teams in Oakville, Kingston, Windsor, Chatham, Peterborough, Belleville, North Bay, St Catherines, Niagara, Ottawa Valley, Quebec—and even a few U.S. spots like Cleveland and Columbus. If you’re relocating, we’ve got you covered with subsidized housing. You’ll live with like-minded teammates (your own room, don’t worry). It’s perfect if you’re ready to leave the nest and start building your own life.
Is this a network marketing company or pyramid scheme?
Nope. This is not network marketing. We work with legit corporate clients like Cogeco, doing in-person sales and marketing the right way. You’ll get a base salary, plus commission when you hit your targets—which are realistic. No selling to friends, no shady pyramid stuff. We don’t play games with pay or ethics. Just real work, real growth, real money.
What will I be selling?
You’ll be selling real products for real companies. Our main clients—like Cogeco and Breezeline—count on us to help grow their customer base for internet, phone, mobile, and cable services. We also rep a home security company protecting communities across Canada and the U.S. You’ll get full sales training to become an expert, and we only partner with brands that actually care.

You’ll work with people who feel more like teammates—and often, real friends. Our culture is competitive, hype, and all about winning together. We turn sales into a team sport, and the vibe is electric. Everyone here brings energy, grit, and ambition. We don’t just hire for skill—we build crews that push each other to level up. Is door to door hard?
At first? Yeah, it can feel intimidating. But that’s only if you don’t know what you’re doing. Most people are nervous in the beginning—that’s normal. But with four weeks of solid sales training, those nerves fade fast. We’ve got over 160 reps (average age: 22, average earnings: $120K) proving every day that confidence is a skill—and we’ll teach you how to build it.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for hungry, high-energy people aged 18 to 29 from Ontario, Quebec, or Ohio. Fluent in English is a must—French is a big bonus. High school grads are welcome (degrees are cool too). Do I receive a salary?
You will receive a daily flat-rate for every full day worked, PLUS commissions and bonuses. Training is paid too.
Do I need experience?
No. Is it an asset? Of course, but not required. You will receive 4 weeks of sales training from the best in the business. We don’t expect you to be a sales guru on your first day – no-one is. We are here to help you learn what you need to in order to succeed.
