Job Overview
A Videographer is an important member of the team, tasked with the creation of video content for YESA’s many internal TV shows, training content, websites and social media. The Senior Videographer is responsible for applying their creativity, ingenuity and understanding of YESA’s mission to create brand-aligned content that is both highly engaging and entertaining.
This is not your run-of-the-mill videographer job, where you’ll be editing boring corporate-style videos. We are seeking an individual with a dynamic sense of creativity and a drive to impact and entertain, who can help us expand our brand.

Key Responsibilities.
- Create engaging and entertaining video content for YESA’s various internal channels that keep our team engaged with our many internal games and competitions.
- Produce high-quality and compelling video content that educates, inspires and showcases the unique company culture.
- Capture and edit footage of all key company events, weekly internal shows, staff and client testimonials, competitions, etc..
- Film on location to capture content. This includes out-of-city travelling when needed.
- Ensure all video content produced complies with any and all applicable legal laws, regulations and rules (e.g. copyrights).
- Ensure all video content produced meets the brand standard.
- Create completed video deliverables within set timelines.
- Innovative storytelling by constantly seeking out new and creative ways to tell our company and team’s story.
- Effectively, securely store and label all video content to allow for ease of use.
- Research the latest equipment, technology, software and other assets that could enhance the quality of content produced, lower the cost of production and/or allow for the growth of the department.
